Initial Consultation & Demo Session

When you contact us, we arrange a demo session with one of our consultants through a desktop-sharing application. During this session, the consultant will assess:

After this session, the consultant will only agree to provide support if they are fully confident and comfortable with your project requirements.

You will only make a payment once you are satisfied with the assigned consultant and ready to proceed.

Daily Support:

Our consultants provide up to 2 hours of support per day from Monday to Friday.

If you’re facing tight deadlines, we can offer support on weekends by exception.

Support Approach:

Our team consists of real-time professionals with significant experience across various technologies. They will help guide you through solving project-related issues rather than doing the job for you.

We emphasize transparency—expect realistic timelines and reliable support. Don’t expect an 8-hour task to be completed in 15 minutes.

Ongoing Communication:​

Communication will be handled via Google Space using your Gmail ID. No personal communication channels are permitted.

A healthy and professional working relationship with the consultant is essential. They are working with you, not for you.
