Non-Refundable Payments: Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, regardless of circumstances such as:
Resignation or job loss.
Termination of the project.
Start Date: The date on which support begins will be considered the start date.
Payment Schedule:
If payment is made in one installment, the payment date will be fixed monthly based on the start date.
Example: If the start date is the 10th, the payment date will be the 9th of the following month.
If payment is made in two installments, two fixed payment dates will be set for the month.
Example: If the start date is the 5th, payment dates will be the 19th and 4th of the next month.
Renewal and Extensions: If the consultant is unavailable, payment dates may be extended. If you don’t wish to renew the support, notify us at least one week in advance. We will remind you two days before the renewal date. If payment is not made by the renewal date, support services will be discontinued.
2.Support Guidelines
Availability: Be available during the agreed support hours.
Commitment: Once support starts, it cannot be paused or restarted. Every day is counted, whether you connect or not, unless the trainer is unavailable.
Termination: Services will be terminated immediately if:
You share personal information (email, contact details, or social media profiles) with the consultant.
Misbehaviour towards the support consultant is reported.
Trainer Absence: If the trainer is unavailable for more than three consecutive days, inform us immediately.
3.Raising Concerns
If you feel that the support is not meeting your expectations or tasks are not being completed on time, notify us immediately, and we will replace the consultant as soon as possible.
If no concerns are raised, we will assume the support is going smoothly.
